- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG35-06-Q-6WNCE4 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS is 332312. The small business sized standard is 100 employees. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following: ITEM: Fabricate a combined total of eight (8) galvanize steel structures for solar array panels. ATTACHMENT FILE ITEMS: United States Coast Guard Naked Island/Point Pigot Power Upgrades Prince William Sound, Alaska spec drawing sheets (total of 18 pages). ATTACHMENT FILE NOTIFICATIONS: 1. Drawing C-10 (2-C10) foundation print reads 136? (inches) and should be 109.3? (inches). 2. All spec?s on steel and galvanizing are listed on the print C-5 under general notes. AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price for items meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements.
