Description: The U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) Procurement Review Board (PRB) has provided sole-source approval to the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) for the purpose of extending the current contract with NCS Pearson, 3833 Greenway Drive, Lawrence, Kansas 66044-1290, for three additional one-year option year periods through June 2010 to complete its acquisition planning process, competitive solicitation and award of a follow-on contract to process Form 5500 reports (new system designation EFAST2), and to effectively migrate the processing operations from the existing system and contract (EFAST) to the follow-on system and contract (EFAST2).
