Description

The purpose of this modification, amendment no. 4 is to change the following: Delete page 19, Section C, C.7 and replace with a new page 19, Section C, C.7 And Delete page 67, Section L, Tab C and replace with a new page 67, Section L, Tab C, (add last sentence). See uploaded file The new due date for receipt of proposal is April 7, 2006 until 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management on behalf of the Bureau of Human Resources has developed a need for long-term temporary housing for Department of State employees assigned to training at the National Foreign Affiars Training Center (NFATC), Foreign Service Institute, Arlington, Virginia 22204 and Warrenton Training Center, U.S. Department of the Army, National Communications System, Warrenton, Virginia 20188. The distance of area for contract housing shall be no more than 30 minutes commute time during normal rush hour to the training sites. In addtion, the contractor shall provide bus service to and from the hotel and training sites. The government anticipates and Indefinite delivery/Indefinite quantity contract with at least one award or by group for Arlington, VA and/or Warrenton, VA areas. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. A pre-proposal conference will be held with prospective offerors on March 15, 2006.
