- Description
- The work consist of furnishing all plant, labor, and materials for constructing, raising, and extending dikes by placement of Graded Stone A and 250 LB Riprap. This solicitation package will consist of seven drawings. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement with Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being i ndependently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $31.0 million.
