Description

The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia announces its intent to issue a solicitation for Analytical, Management, and Administrative Services in Support of the Programming Phase of OPNAV N80?s Programming, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) mission. Services required include analyzing programming and budgeting effects of changes and addressing risks in relation to POM budget formulation; interfacing with Resource Sponsors on development of PPBE program planning; providing PPBE data entry into the Program Budget Information System (PBIS); performing summary analyses, cost analyses, and point papers on various PPBE topics; meeting and scheduling support; and administrative office support. Solictiation N00140-06-R-1215 will be issued on 19 APR 2006 for these services. It will be posted to the following web site: www.neco.navy.mil. The government is currently contemplating competing this requirement as a total Small Business Set Aside for a Time and Material or Labor Hour type contract for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. All offers should be directed to Leanne Hanger at the address shown in Block 7 of the solicitation, ATTN: Code 280.A, with a reference to the solicitation number. The NAICS Code is 541611 and the size standard is $6.5M. Notes 1 and 26 apply.
