Description

The Gulf Region Central District of the Army Corp of Engineers will issue a Site-Adapt solicitation for construction of the Rusafa Courthouse and Witness Security Facility in Rusafa District of Baghdad, Iraq. The Courthouse and Witness Security Facility will make a major contribution to the rule of law in Iraq. The Contractor sh all Site Adapt the plans and specifications provided for construction of the Courthouse and Witness Security Facility and construct the buildings within the budgeted amounts for the project. The Contractor shall adhere to the Site Adapted drawings and specifications to construct buildings on the spot specified in the site plan. The design and construction shall adhere to International Codes as described in the specifications. The Offerors att ention is called to the fact that no Life Support will be provided and that the Contractor awarded the project must provide all Life Support requirements without relying on the Government for assistance. The solicitation will be placed on the Iraqi Business Center website with link provided herein as http://www.iraqibusinesscenter.org under Baghdad Business Center, Tenders, US Army Corp of Engineers.
