Description

DESCRIPTION: SOURCES SOUGHT/PRE SOLICITATION FOR 8(A), HUB ZONE, OR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. The following contract will be issued in the very near future as a Construction Contract for a basic award and 4 option years. This procurement is for one solicitation, structured as a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Design/Build Mechanical/Electrical contract resulting in the award of four Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts for a base year and four Option years. The work will consist of construction, renovation, alterations and repairs and/or replacement of Mechanical and Electrical Systems for Buildings and facilities. Design services will be required on most task order. The possible not-to-exceed value of each per year is $2,500,000.00. Task Orders may range in value from $25,000.00 to $2,500,000.00 This solicitation will be formatted as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and if sufficient qualified sources are available, up to four contracts may be set aside as a competitive acquisition for 8(A), Hub Zone, or SDVOSB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement primarily will be 238220 or 238210, and the size standard is $13,000,000.00. Therefore, to qualify as a Small Business for this procurement a contractor’s average annual gross revenues for the last 3 fiscal years must be$13,000,000.00 or less.
