- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This will be procured as a Only One Responsible Source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), W15 P7T-06-Q-F832. The small size standard is for number employees below 500 for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415. The U.S. Army intends to procure 12 compressors that will be used in the 36,000 BTU air conditioner. This is a sole source acquisition to Environmental Systems. The 36,000 BTU air conditioner is a product of Environmental Systems; and, only components of E nvironmental Systems are compatible. Description Part # Quantity Compressor Unit, NSN: 4130-01-509-0433 12 Base Total 12 Shipments are to be FOB Destination. All items are to be shipped to: XU Transportation Officer DDSP New Cumberland Facility Building Mission Door 113 134 New Cumberland PA 17070-5001 DODACC: W25G1U Delivery shall be within 60 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951-98).
