- The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the US Army Chief, Army Reserve (CAR) Senior Leaders Personal Electronic Schedule Enhancement has a requirement for Technical Services to Enhance Outlook . Solicitation num ber for this acquisition is W74V8H-06-Q-0001 is being issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation acquisition is being issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502.-2(a). North American Industry Classification System C ode (NAICS) is 541511 and the small business size standard is $23,000,000.00 million. All responsible sources may submit a RFQ, which if, timely received, may be considered by the Government. Subject solicitation will close 27 APRIL 2006, 1:00PM EST. A ll RFQs should be completed and submitted on this date. Please identify yourself as a Veteran owned small business, Service-disabled veteran-owned small business, Hub Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, or Woman owned small business conce rns. Tax ID and Cage Code. All quotes will be evaluated using Best Value procedures - technically acceptable, lowest price. The contractor shall be able to provide support to the Chief Army Reserve (CAR) Department of the Army Operations in satisfying req uirements to meet The Army Reserve Senior Leaders Personal Electronic Schedule Enhancements in Exchange/Outlook forms designs and enhance functionality implemented through forms and server scripts. The proposed period of performance for this requirement shall be completed within fifty (50) days from date of award.
