- The purpose of this contract is to furnish, deliver and apply liquid asphalt products at various locations on the Eldorado National Forest, and at on specific project on Rock Creek Road, on the Georgetown Ranger District. Rock Creek Road is located approximately 7 miles east of Georgetown on Wentworth Springs Road, and the project site is approximately 4 miles south on Rock Creek Road.
