- Solicitation Number HSBP1006R0624, originally posted on January 30, 2006, and Modifications 01-03, posted on February 3, February 23, and March 9, 2006, and Amendments 01-04, posted March 2, March 6, March 7, and March 22, 2006 are hereby amended as follows: 1) Page 5, C.4 -Pricing, first paragraph, first sentence is hereby changed to: ?The guaranteed minimum for this award is $2500 per vendor. The minimums are to be obligated during the base year.? 2) Page 5, C.4- Pricing, first paragraph, second sentence is hereby changed to: ?The maximum cumulative dollar ceiling value of all contracts in this multiple award procurement is established at $100 Million.? 3) Page 12, G.3- Task Order (TO) Procedures, Fair Opportunity Process, the following is hereby added prior to the first paragraph: Each task order will identify the Functional Areas of the work to be performed. For services that cross multiple Functional Areas, the Government will identify the predominant Functional Area. During the fair opportunity process, the order of precedence for competing task orders is as follows: (a) 8(a) Set-aside competitions in which Prime contractors from the 8(a) Set-aside track for the associated Functional Area will be given the opportunity to compete for all task orders. then; (b) Unrestricted competition in which Prime contractors from both the unrestricted and 8(a) Set-aside track for the associated Functional Area will be given the opportunity to compete. In the event the 8(a) task order competition (a) above) is unsuccessful, the requirement will then be competed through the unrestricted competition (b) above). 4) Any questions regarding this amendment shall be made in writing via email to crystal.Bivens@hds.gov. All questions must be received by COB (4:00 PM EST) on April 7, 2006. A list of questions and answers will be posted, under this solicitation, on or before April 12, 2006.
