Description

Veterans Administration Medical Center, Alexandria, LA is seeking potential sources to provide HOMEMAKER/HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES to eligible veterans living in the VA Medical Center, Alexandria, LA service area to include the following parishes: Acadia, Allen, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Caldwell, Cameron, Catahoula, Concordia, Evangeline, Franklin, Grant, Iberia, Iberville, Jefferson Davis, Lafayette, LaSalle, Natchitoches, Pointe Coupee, Rapides, St. Landry, St. Martin, Vermilion, Vernon, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana and Winn. The services may include home health aides, personal care aides, and homemakers. H/HHA services will be furnished to veterans in the community for whom such care is authorized by the VA Medical Center, Alexandria, LA. Contractor shall provide all personnel, management supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and all other items and services necessary to perform all tasks and functions in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation, pending the availability of funds. The applicable NAICS Code is 621610 with a size standard of $11.5 Million. No formal solicitation document exists at this time.
