Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis VA Medical Center (VAMC), Minneapolis, Minnesota, has identified a requirement for the services of a telephone PBX Technician to assist with moves, adds and changes (MAC). The contractor will be required to provide all labor, management, tools, supplies and equipment required to fulfill this agreement. PBX Technician will be required to troubleshoot, repair, add, move and change telephones with in the assigned facility. The Minneapolis VAMC currently utilizes Nortel Meridian 1 Option 81 PBX equipment and has standardized its telecommunications infrastructure. It is the intent of the VA Medical Centers to enter into a contract with a single provider for all services required.
