Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSISThe 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for a Low Level Automatic Alpha/Beta Counting System. This is a Sole Source with Gamma Products, INC. IAW FAR 6.302-1. Gamma Products, INC. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement. The Alpha/Beta Counting System by Gamma Products, is the only counting system capable of analyzing multiple sample that meet or exceed our mission requirements while fulfilling the 0.005 micro curie standard. This piece of equipment will allow for accurate results in a minimal amount of time, to ensure time critical samples processing is completed. These results will also ensure compliance per the AFTAC Radioactive Materials Permit. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3826, with a business size of 500, and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334516. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Gamma Products, INC. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
