Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Baltimore District is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to identify possible contractors who are designated Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Veteran Ow ned Small Business or Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. This market survey is being conducted to determine businesses eligible and capable of satisfying this agencys requirements for the Coalbank Run Streambank Stabilization. The work consists of s treambank repairs, removal of grouted stonewall & stabilization on the right wall, stabilization of the grouted stone wall on the left bank and construction of two rock vanes. The intent of the Government is to identify available sources and then award a competitive firm-fixed price contract. The Davis-Bacon Act applies to the site work and performance and payment bonds in the amount of the contract award will be required. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to the award of any Federal contract. This market survey is for information purposes only; this is not a Request for Quotations. Interested parties should provide a brief capabilities description of your firm as well as your firms bonding capacity (in d ollars). All interested Small Business, Small Disadvantaged, Women Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business or Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses firms are encouraged to respond to this request for sources.
