Description: Five (5) year contracts with local Sheriff Departments in North and South Dakota, Nebraska, and Montana. The contractor will be the local Sheriff Departments in McLean County (ND), Cedar County (NE), Fall River County (SD), Emmons County (ND), Burlei gh County (ND), Valley County (MT), and McCone County (MT). This acquisition is necessary to obtain law enforcement services with the local County Sheriff Departments in Montana, North and South Dakota, and Nebraska. County Sheriffs will provide a safe and healthful environment for public use of lands and water at civil works water resource development projects. Services will be provided at the recreational areas at the Project Offices within the Omaha District.
