Description: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the available date of the solicitation. THE Army Corp of Engineers (ACOE) has about 30,000 aperture cards that need to be scanned and indexed . Once completed, the images and index information needs to be delivered to ACOE on CDs and be able to be imported into their Oracle database so that t hey are accessible and searchable on their network. THIS PROJECT IS OPEN TO SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. Issue of this solicitation will be via FedTeds: www.fedteds.gov, in electronic format only. The solicitation link will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov/.
