Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Wildlife Health Center (NWHC) located at 6006 Schroeder Rd., Madison, Wisconsin has a requirement for the construction of Four (4) Personnel Showers. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, project management, and construction oversight as outlined in the RFP. The construction includes but is not limited to concrete and electrical demolition, drain waste and vent piping, hot and cold water supply piping, electrical construction, masonry wall construction, door installations, forming and placing of concrete floors and isolation curbs, aluminum ductwork, cabinet installation, eyewash/emergency showers installation, epoxy painting preparation and application, epoxy flooring and cove base preparation and application, along with other duties inherent to rehab work. There will be a site visit on Thursday, 04/20/2006 at 8:30am Central Time located in Madison, WI. Specifications and drawings will be available at the site visit. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 238390. Those attending the site visit shall notify the Contracting Officer, Margaret A. Fritts via e-mail and shall fax DOCUMENT SECURITY NOTICE. Responses are due at 2:00PM EST on 05/05/2006. The anticipated award date is 05/22/2006. The magnitude of the construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources that have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number may submit a quotation.
