- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Salt Lake City, Utah The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 3,012 rentable square feet of contiguous space located above the ground floor, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The space should yield between 3,000 to 3,465 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for fifteen (15) vehicles and must be available and adjacent to the leased space. Parking spaces must be paved, sloped for drainage, and lighted. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, with one (1) five (5) year renewal term, and with sixty (60) days written termination notice, and should be fully serviced. The preferred location needs to be in close proximity to Interstate access (within 10 minutes). The delineated area is as follows: Begin at 2200 W., go East on W. Temple to I-15, then North on I-15 to 2300 N., then West on 2300 N. to Redwood Road, then South on Redwood Road to 1700 N., then West on 1700 N., then West on 1700 N. to 2200 W., then South on 2200 W. to Temple. All roads leading off of 2200 W. toward the airport are also included. Interior column spacing must be no less than 20 feet on center. Floor loading needs to support fifteen (15) 42?x20?x54? file cabinets (approximate 400 pounds each); two (2) 84?x37?x96? storage shelves (approximate 1,000 pounds each), one (1) 63?x31?x36? map photo coffin (approximate 1,000 pounds). Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 8, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
