- Description
- The DLA HQ Human Resources Office has a requirement for Prosci change management resources, including the Change Management Toolkit (CMT) and the Change Management Pilot (CMP) and any associated product updates. These tools are required to facilitate and institute the DLA Enterprise approach to change management. The requiring activity has determined, based upon their market research, that the noted Prosci change management tools are the only ones that can meet the DLA requirement. Therefore, the Government intends to purchase the tools on a sole source basis from Prosci under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for a one year license to use the CMT and CMP and reproduce the content. Three option years will be included.
