- The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct a 50? x 70? post-framed barn (pole barn) at the USDA ARS, JPCSNRCC, Watkinsville, GA. The magnitude of the project is $25,000 - $100,000. Period of performance will be within 60 days of award date. It is anticipated that the complete solicitation package will be issued through federal business opportunities at www.fbo.gov on or about April 21, 2006. This project is set-aside for the exclusive participation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns.
