- This posting constitutes amendment 0002 to solicitation HSCEAM-06-R-00014. The following changes are hereby made to Section M of the RFP: 1. On page M-5, the last sentence of the Unsatisfactory rating for the STAFFING PLAN which currently reads, "There is at least one deficiency" is deleted and replaced with the following: Deficiencies outweigh strengths. 2. On page M-6, the last sentence of the Unsatisfactory rating for the QUALITY CONTROL PLAN which currently reads, "There is at least one deficiency" is deleted and replaced with the following: Deficiencies outweigh strengths. THE TIME AND DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS IS UNCHANGED BY THIS AMENDMENT.
