Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will be issued via SF 1449. Solicitation number FA3300-06-T-0017 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR Part 13.5. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 2003. This acquisition is Set Aside 100 percent for Small Business, Brand Name open market requirement for VTC Products/Services, FOB Destination. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with the instructions contained herein. Acceptable proposals shall include pricing and technically acceptable. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirement of the Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519. The Size Standard Industrial Classification is 7379 The Small Business Size Standard is $21M. No telephonic request for information will be accepted. Electronic request are acceptable.
