Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron located at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Dewey Publications, 2009 North 14th Street, Arlington, VA, 22201 for purchase of 62 copies of Guide to Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) 2006 Edition, 62 Copies of Guide to Federal Sector EEO, 2006 Edition and 62 copies of Guide to FLRA Law & Practice, 2006 Editon. No solicitation documents will be issued or made available as a result of this notice. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements?. This will be a firm, fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, if there are other businessess that can satisfy this requirement, they must respond to this notice with supporting documentation of their capabilities before 3:00 pm CST on 09 September, 2005. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
