Description
DESC: This is for a firm fixed-price contract for spare manufacture of Fuel Quantity Test Kit (Test Adapter), NSN 4920-01-513-4226FX, Part Number 50-1000-61, applicable to F-15C/D/E aircraft. Technical Order 1F-15()-2-28GS-00-1 applies. Contract will be for three ordering periods. Basic Ordering period one will be for a quantity of 45 each. Ordering periods two and three best estimated quantities are 20 each per period. DIM: 16 inches Depth x 15.0 inches Width x 24.0? Height x 40 pounds. MATL: The carrying case is plastic and the inside contains electronic components. FUNC: This Adapter, Test consists of two boxes that work together, PSD90-1C Universal AC/DC Fuel Quantity System Tester and a PSDAF-F5 Fuel Quantity interface unit. These testers are used to analyze the fuel quantity and fuel auto transfer systems. This tester checks out the fuel probes, wire, signal conditioner and the fuel quantity indicator. RFP will be available for viewing or downloading from this site only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. This purchase is SOLE SOURCE and is Restricted to JCAir Test Systems, 400 New Century Parkway, New Century KS 66031-1111, Cage Code 41364. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. All potential sources should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the Contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of the proposals or in the source selection process.
