- SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH ?FA5613-06-R-5019 In Jun 06 timeframe, the US Government contemplates issuing a solicitation subject to FAR PT 12 for mess attendant services, subject to A-76 OMB Circular, as outlined in the DRAFT Performance-Based Work Statement. No logistic support provided. We anticipate holding a pre-solicitation/Industry Day early May 06 at Ramstein. The resultant contract to be firm fixed price, 5 year with award lowest price technically acceptable. Please provide your comments as to (1) industry interest, capability and standards (2) performance metrics including employee incentives to enhance performance/productivity, (3) understanding of German labor laws and (4) any concerns and/or additional information needed to propose on this requirement. Details of incumbent US Government employees subject to A-76, will be provided with the formal solicitation. Please provide your response NLT 18 Apr 06.
