- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Small businesses need to be located in the El Paso commuting area. The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. Rental of construction equipment for the period of six month, 17 April 2006 through 30 September 2006. One Bulldozer (D7) Specifications (minimum): Blade Width 13.38 foot. Blade Capacity - 4.13 yd.
