Description

General Services Administration is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all material, labor, equipment and supervision to provide solid waste collection services for 26 buildings located on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado. Within these 26 buildings, there are 46 different locations where a total of 60 containers are to be placed. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 562111--Solid Waste Collection, Size Standard - $11.5 million. The period of performance for aforementioned services is 1 base year plus four 1-year options. The Government anticipates that one award will be made from this procurement that will result in the greatest overall value to the Government. Base period of performance is scheduled to begin on or about April 1, 2006. The estimated value for this acquisition is between $700, 000 and $1 million for the 5-year period. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about February 1, 2006. This solicitation will be issued on the Federal Business Opportunity website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to moniter the Federal Business Opportunity website for the issuance of any amendments or announcements.
