- PR No: 0012133148. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Battery Power Supply. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract with 100% option. The OEM: TESLA INDUSTRIES INC, CAGE 0VWE2, P/N TIMV1000. The NSN and Quantities are as follows: NSN 6130-01-475-5313; Quantity: 41 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 128 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. The solicitation issue date is on or about 25 April 06. The anticipated award date is 10 August 06.
