Description

1. This notice will serve as notification of a sole source acquisition: To procure Subscriptions Renewals from ABC-CLIO, Inc for ?America: History & Life? and Historical Abstracts?. Both titles are to be used daily to access research by USAFA Cadet and Faculty. 2. NAICS Code: 511130 3. There will be no formal solicitation issued prior to award. This procurement is for the acquisition of a commercial item using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items also apply. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition--Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; no addendum applies. Additional FAR clauses cited in the clause applicable to this acquisition are: (b) 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 26, and 31. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Condition Required to implement Statutes of Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the inclusion of DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, Required Central Contractor Registration. 4.
