Description
See numbered Note(s) 9 and 26. NSNs 2520014787612; 2530011496787; 2530012720542; 2530013096203; 2530014745539 for motor vehicle parts. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with an estimated annual value of $377,338. for a possible 5 yr total of $1,886,691. The F.O.B. Point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government and shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery will be for stock and DVD requirements. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on it?s issue date of 10 Apr 06. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. NSNs are available for download under the ?Acquisition Download? menu item on the DSCC InterNet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under subject heading ?DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations? at http://dibbs.dscc.cols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web, at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporatecontracts/cc.asp refer to WEB link. The Purchase Item Descriptions (PID) for each NSN is available and can be downloaded from the DIBBs cite as stated above. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Destinations are the Continental United States (CONUS) including Alaska and Hawaii and all Ports of Loading, F.O.B. Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
