Description

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service is interested in leasing approximately, 3975 net usable square feet of first class office space in Webster, South Dakota. Occupancy of the leased space is required by September 29, 2006. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, be located within the city limits of Webster (or within 1 mile of the city limits), and be fully serviced. The space must be contiguous with parking available for 43 vehicles and which also provides pull-through parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be fully handicapped accessible. Interested parties submit solicitation NRCS-06a-SD-06 information to Sue Jones, Real Property Leasing Officer, USDA NRCS at the address shown in the solicitation package by 3 PM on May 12, 2006.
