Description

The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Office of Science (NOS) requires maintenance service, upgrades and technical support of the FGS #102 gravimeter manufactured by the Axis Instrument Company to support NOAA Geosciences Research Division. NOAA intends to negotiate a single source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures with Micro-G Solutions, Inc of Erie, CO under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The resulting purchase order will be procured with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 13 through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-7. The annual - 2005-8 maintenance contract provides for quality and timely servicing and hardware upgrades. The period of performance shall be date of award through April 5, 2007.
