Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences Corporation, Piscataway, Pa., the only known provider for the below listed items and is offering a substantial discounts to the CDC. It is the Government?s believe that only one responsible source exists and no other product or services will satisfy agency requirements. Shipment will only be accepted Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST with the exception of Federal Government holidays. The proposed contract action is for commercial items which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR subpart 27.4.
