Description

The 42d Contracting Office at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM to host JROTC Aerospace & Technology Honors Camp for JROTC cadets, 25-30 June 2006. Services to be provided include housing, transportation, meals and recreation facilities for camp cadets and instructors. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award of any Government contract in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7001. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services, you must respond to this notice before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on April 17, 2006 to ATTN: Elizabeth Walker, (334) 953-8083 or elizabeth.walker@maxwell.af.mil. If no responses are received by the above date and time, a sole source contract with the University of New Mexico will be pursued.
