Locker freight paid to Tracy, California (palleted for shipment by military cargo). 8. Contractor must submit brochure/descriptive literature for lockers. The contracting officer (CO) will evaluate ?equal? products on the basis of information furnished by the vendor or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the CO. 9. NAFI reserves the right to have a locker delivered to Sung Nam Golf Course prior to award of lease agreement. Locker will be used for a minimum of one week for demonstration only. 10. Award will be made on an all or none basis, and evaluated based on the total amount of the lease. Failure to submit a proposal on all item(s) shall cause the proposal to be rejected and considered non-responsive.
