Description

The work includes, but is not limited to; furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to Repair/Replace Roofing Systems on Facilities and Military Family Housing Units, on Andersen AFB, Guam. This may include repair and or replacement, removal disposal of various types of existing roofing systems. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238160, with a Size Standard of $12.0 MIL. The minimum guarantee is $200,000.00 for the life of the contract. The contract, when awarded is for a Base Year and Four Option Years of 12 months each. The contract type contemplated for this requirement is a Firm-Fixed Price contract, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ). Contract award would be based on Best Value using Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) procedures. Offers are solicited on an unrestricted basis. The Government may elect to award multiple IDIQ contracts under this solicitation. Solicitation issuance is tentatively scheduled for 25 Apr 06. Pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 9 May 06. Interested firms must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be awarded any Federal Contracts.
