Description

The US Army, Carlisle Barracks, PA has a requirement to replace three (3) rubberized roofs. One roof is approximately 25,000 Square Feet, one roof is approximately 7000 Square Feet, and the remaining roof is approximately 3000 Square Feet. The requir ement consists of removing the existing roof, which consists of several layers of roofing and insulation, (built-up roofing and loose laid rubber roofing), ballast, etc, and installing new insulation and fully adhered 60 mil rubber roof and all necessary f lashing, termination bar, roof drains, etc. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160. The size standard is $13M average annual receipts for t he past three fiscal years. The corresponding wage rate determination will be strictly enforced. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Further information may be obtained at website http://ww w.ccr.gov.
