Description

This is to procure 7,230 Laser Filters Units for the U.S. Army 4x32 ACOG Rifle Scope with a 150 percent option. This procurement has a First Article requirement with a rate of 500 a month after approval of First Article. FOB will be Destination. T his requirement for the laser filter is classified at the Secret Level. Any bidder that does not have the proper security clearance will not be considered for contract award. In addition, any bidder that has the proper security clearance but did not requ est the classified LFU code drawing will not be considered for contract award. FOREIGN DISCLOSURE UK and CANADA. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(2)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be pr ovided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically and any ame ndments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefor incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain an y amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
