Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: Move existing Vidmar Cabinets and wire cages as per the following: Disassemble wire cages, mezzanine, and tool room cabinets (23) 4'x5' cages w/doors; (1) 34"x35"-6 mezzanine w/stairs; (42) 45"x40"x27.5"D open shelving; (19) 45"x60"x27.5"D open shelving; (23) 46"x60"x27.5"D drawer units; (3) 3'x7'x2' four shelf open locker; (1) 30"x60"x27.5" eight drawer unit; (3) 45"x60"x27.5" eight drawer unit; (15) 30"x31"x27.5" two shelf unit; (7) 30"x31"x27.5" close shelf unit (has doors); (6) 45"x31"x27.5" two shelf unit; (3) 45"x60"x27.5" six drawer unit; (3) 45"x60"X27.5" four drawer unit; (23) 30"x60"x27.5" drawer unit; (9) 60"x35"x27.5" open shelf unit; (4) 47"x35"x27.5" open shelf unit; (3) 30"x35"x27.5" open shelf unit; (4) 45"x60"x27.5" drawer unit; (12) 30"x60"x27.5" drawer unit; (9) 30"x45"x27.5" drawer unit; (1) 25'x16'mezzanine w/stairs and hand rails Dis-assemble Stanley Stak System 2 ea, 13'Hx24'Lx3'D support bracket w/84 ea pallets All cabinets and shelves will be secured. Vendor must have there own equipment for moving the material. Move must include re-assembly of all equipment. All movers and installers must have a current Identification and be US citizens. New first level wire cages 8'2" high. No ceiling panels. 11 each wire cages along wall measuring 4'wide x 6'deep. One sectaion of 6 back-to-back cages that are 4'deep x 6' wide. Across one side of the back-to-back cages are 3 cages. Two of cages are 4'deep x 6' wide, and one cage is 4' deep x 5' wide. On the opposite side of the back-to-back cages are two cages 4' deep x 6' wide. This gives a total of 23 individual lockers. New second level wire cages 8'2" with ceiling panels. H92244-06-R-0072 is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Submit written offers; oral orders will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08 05 January 2006. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 337215 applies to this procurement. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Jan 2006); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999); FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Mar 2005); FAR 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Sep 2005); FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (Feb 2006); DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes for Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (Mar 2006); DFARS 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program (Jun 2005). Proposals and questions shall be on company letterhead in company format and must be sent to the attention of Thelma Escobar either by fax (757) 492-7954, email tescobar@mail.nswdg.navy.mil or United States Postal mail addressed to NSWDG, Attn: Thelma Escobar, 1636 Regulus Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2299 by 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time on 5 May 2006. Proposals received after this timeframe shall not be considered for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price. The prospective offeror must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
