This is a modification to the original synopsis for Solicitation Number DG1350-06-RP-0029. This modification clarifies the Response Date. The original response date was marked as the end-date for the presolicitation notice. The current response date accurately reflects the estimated due date for all proposals. The solicitation will be made available to this Goverment wide point of entry on or about Tuesday, 21 February 2006, per the original synopsis.
