This amendment revises the General Instructions, proposal submission date and adds Electronic Submission information as follows: 1) Section VII GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PROPOSALS, B. Electronic Submission of the BAA is revised as follows: FROM: Registration closes on January 4, 2006 at 12 midnight, Pacific Standard Time. Proposers are cautioned to allow sufficient time to register and upload their proposals. Please wait one (1) full business day for the registration approval process. You will be notified via email of your acceptance along with your User ID. Please use this ID along with your password for proposal submission. Questions concerning on-line registration should be addressed to Tmti.solicitation@cnttr.dtra.mil TO: Registration closes on January 4, 2006 at 11:59 pm, Pacific Standard Time.
