- The purpose of this amendment is to delete modification 05 in its entirety.reviations without spelling-out acronyms and abbreviations at the first use; place the abbreviation in parenthesis immediately following a spelled-out phrase. (d) If presentations/meetings are identified in your schedule, include the following paragraph in your SOW: “Conduct presentations/meetings at times and places specified in the contract schedule.” (5) 5.0 - CDRLs/Other Deliverables: (a) The CDRL serves as the contractual definition of the data item deliverables the contractor is required to generate under a contract. The CDRL spells out the information to be contained in the data and the frequency of submission of the data. Data requirements are not necessarily limited to technical information; they may be periodic reports such as monthly progress reports or cost reports; project or test results reports; manuals; briefings; etc. (b) Describe other deliverables that offeror proposes to provide to the Government such as hardware, software, etc. 4) Section VII. PROPOSAL EVALUATION A. Selection Process Overview 1. First-Tier review is revised as follows: “A. Selection Process Overview Evaluation of proposals will be accomplished in a two-tier, peer or scientific review process. 1. The first-tier is a scientific peer review of proposals as follows: For individual research and development projects, a review is first made of the research summaries as required in Section VI. PROPOSAL PREPARATION, G. 1. Only the proposals for those research summaries that are most highly qualified will then be evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria, listed Section G, are specific to the respective approach that is proposed. Integrated Technical/Management Arrangements will be evaluated in accordance with the stated criteria.” 5) Section VIII. PROPOSAL EVALUATION is revised to add paragraph E. Past Performance as follows. “ E. Past Performance Proposers without a record of relevant past performance or for whom information on past performance is not available, will not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably on past performance.” 6) Section IX. GENERAL INFORMATION is revised to add paragraph J. Notification to Proposers and Debriefs as follows: “J. Notification to Proposers and Debriefs Proposers will be notified of the status of their proposal in writing and may be provided a debrief upon completion of the award process.” NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-DEC-2005).
