This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This item is considered non-commercial. Configuration control applies. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Bell Helicopter Textron, refer to Numbered Note 22. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 10 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Requested delivery is within 16 months or 480 days ARO.
