- The work will consist of constructing Wetland Reserve Program measures on two projects in Choctaw and McCurtain counties, Oklahoma. The BUSH WRP estimated bid items and quantities are: Mobilization (LS); Clearing (14.5 AC); Earthfill (13,270 CY); Water Control Structure No. 2 (60 LF); Water Control Structure No. 1 ( 90 LF); Turf Reinforcement Matting (670 SY); Fertilizing (9.5 AC); Seeding (9.5 AC) and Hay Mulch (4.5 AC). The MCCOLLOUGH WRP estimated bid items and quantities are: Mobilization (LS); Earthfill (11,900 CY); Excavation (1,500 CY); Water Control Structure No. 1 (60 LF); Water Control Structure No. 2 (40 LF); Fertilizing (10.7 AC); Seeding (10.7 AC) and Hay Mulch (4.5 AC). The performance time is 131 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $25,000 - $100,000. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business. The North American Industry Classification Code is 237990. Bid packets will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov on April 11, 2006. A site showing is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2006 at the USDA-NRCS Idabel Field Office, 201 N. Central Avenue, Room 124, Idabel, OK. ON MAY 3, 2006. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
