- This is a notice of intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Office of Information, Cleveland Business Center to award a sole source contract to Enterprise Technology Solutions, LLC for an accounting analysis and financial tracking to itemize expenditures in historical execution by project and geography of the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA). This procurement is being conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5(b)(7) and 15 U.S.C. 657f. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by April 14, 2006. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All inquiries must be submitted in writing; telephone inquiries will not be accepted, nor responses received after April 14, 2006.
