- Bucket Truck Lease Synopsis-Solicitation The 96 Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCBA at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the lease of a 50 ? 60 ft. bucket truck. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) F1T2AK6020A300. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 532412. This is an unrestricted requirement with full and open competition. This requirement is for CLIN 0001, Lease of one bucket truck for a period of 12 months. MFR: ALTEC Model: AA600-P with 50-60ft working height. Must have 4 wheel drive chassis and 2-man bucket type with up to date dielectric test certification. Delivery and pick up of bucket truck should be included in the quote. Offerors shall provide a brand name or equal. FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Offerors providing an or-equal product shall provide specification sheets or product literature for evaluation by the requesting activity with their proposal submission. Items are to be delivered FOB destination to 96 CEG/CERF, 501 Deleon St. Bldg. 690, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 for inspection and acceptance by an authorized government official.
