Description

This requirement contract is contemplated for a Base year and Four (4) Option Periods. The Contractor shall inspect, test, repair, and maintain all electric automated doors and equipment. Preventive Maintenance activities shall be performed on a regular schedule, and Repair Services as need. All maintenance shall be performed accordance with manufacturers specifications, handbooks, and instructions, and shall conform to National Maintenance Standards for inspections and adjustments. This req uirement consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and transportation required for performing all operations in connection to monthly inspection, preventive maintenance, loading testing, assessment and repair of electric automatic doors. The Contractor is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all environmental laws, regulations and programs of the installation. For the purpose of determining Small Business size for this acquisition is NAICS 238290, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13 million.
