Description: We intend to award a contract on a sole source basis to Teradyne Inc, 5400 MoPac South, Bldg D, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78749 to purchase a Micro Flex Test System with options. Teradyne Inc. is the original equipment proprietary manufacturer for th e Micro Flex Test System. The Teradyne Micro Flex Test System has an increased capability and capacity to the previously purchased FLEX piece-part Test System. The two systems are hardware and software compatible. No additional notifications of individua l purchases will be provided. See Note 22.
