- Description
- The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM-Picatinny) Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for M84 Non-Lethal Stun Hand Grenades and M102 Reloadable Practice Non-Lethal Stun Hand Grenades. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement for the above systems through a sole source contract with Universal Propulsion Company, Inc., Phoenix, AZ. This action is based on other than full and open competition procedures utilizing the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). See Numbered Note 22.
